Wow - second Ducati Paul Smart 1000LE on here. Have had mine since Feb 2007.

Dealer replaced my cluster and new one threw the same service warning within an hour. And pretty sure they broke the clips on the shroud. Anyone here know how the shroud comes off?

I agree that Holman BMW is top notch. I bought my 2017 M2 from them and had it serviced there and had nothing but great sales and repair service. That experience is what lead me to believe Holman's Cadillac store would be the same.

I was told the two bolts were not from my dash. But they had definitely had it apart and they fell from a magnetic parts tray the tech was using. Huh?

Picked up car. Small scuff on shroud after replacing the cluster. And I’m convinced the shroud is not as tight anymore. Ordering me a new one. But . . . wait for it …. new cluster throws a code within the hour. Got 24 days in the shop and likely this is not just a cluster issue. Dear Mary . ...

yup wrong order. Thanks on the clips id. They scratched that scuff panel a lot taking it in and out.

Update: Car was at the dealer for 13 days to replace the trunk liner. They didn’t order the parts for a week. The lack of communication at this dealership’s service department is beyond bad both as between the service team members and with me. I had to get the general manager involved to get...

Service manager tells me he does not think those trim pieces and those holes need to be watertight. Confirmed tonight during rainstorm that they absolutely need to be. Taking to dealer tomorrow. will need entire new trunk liner. GM/Cadillac is just letting me down.

Now have leak in trunk after taillights replacement. Passenger side pics of torn gasket without adhesive. They did‘t make sure that fastener was watertight. Driver side had no washer gasket at all after taillight replacement. Not clear what is supposed to be there to seal those holes. Anyone...

I’ll check. But I didn’t put anything in it.
