Thanks to one of our faithful readers, we now know the options that will be available for the all new 2022 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing and CT5-V Blackwing models set to be revealed next Monday, February 1, 2021!
Blaze Orange Metallic and Electric Blue are two new colors that will be available on the Blackwing models, but not the standard CT4-V and CT5-V models.
We also know for sure now that the CT4-V Blackwing will be powered by the LF4 3.6L Twin Turbo DOHC V6 putting out approximately 450 hp while the CT5-V Blackwing will be propelled by the C7 Corvette Z06’s LT4 supercharged V8 engine putting out 650 hp.
Other notable options: the CT5-V will come with All-Wheel Drive as an option as well as two different Supercruise options where as the CT4-V will be rear-wheel drive only without Supercruise available. The CT5-V Blackwing will also come exclusively with a Performance Package (RPO Y43) and a Parking Package (RPO Y6L) – both of which are not available on the CT4-V Blackwing.
These options can be found in GM’s Global Connect system and dealers can now configure customer builds, however pricing still isn’t available. We expect pricing to be released on February 1st right after the official reveal.
