Cadillac V-Series Gets Minor Updates for the 2018 Model Year

Cadillac is continuing to make strides in the performance sedan market segment with their CTS-V and ATS-V models and for the 2018 model year, they’re rolling out a few minor updates for them.

For the 2018 Cadillac CTS-V:

Deleted Colors CTS-V:

  • Radiant Silver Metallic
  • Stellar Black Metallic

New Colors CTS-V:

  • Satin Steel Metallic
  • Vector Blue Metallic

The LPO/accessory-level glovebox-mounted CD drive as well as the Carbon Black Package have been removed for the 2018 CTS-V.

Most notable, is that the 2018 Cadillac CTS-V will get the all-new CUE version 3 infotainment system. The Cadillac User Experience with embedded navigation includes, AM/FM stereo with connected navigation providing real-time traffic, 8” diagonal color information display, three USB ports, personalized, profiles for each driver’s settings, Natural Voice Recognition, Phone Integration for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capability for compatible phone, Collection and Teen Driver.

A new heated, automatic steering wheel is now included as well.

The 2018 Cadillac ATS-V will only get one new color which is the Satin Steel Metallic that will replace Radiant Silver Metallic. The Carbon Black Package is gone as well as the glove box mounted CD player, and the ATS-V will also benefit from a new version 3 CUE system as well.
