@DonD interesting post subject line as I thought you had some curb rash and posting some carnage pictures. Oh well, glad your car is ok.
@MookdocOE same with my wife’s car and I have to be careful if I hand wash to avoid the wheels for fear of cutting my hands, lol.
I’ve gotten to old to try the backseat with my wife in this car. 😜 However, the backseat of my 2022 GMC Sierra 1500, we have acted like teenagers a few times 🙄. It’s got tons of room even with a sunroof 👍
Same here when backing up; however, it always give me a red triangle with stick person inside of the triangle at the same time. That’s how I knew what it was. I have never experienced it going forward at all. I have since turned off the button and now get the amber dash warning of it being off...
Never received my LexisNexis ordered 5 weeks ago, so trying again. However, just received my insurance renewal, on average my rates went up 26%. Zero accidents, zero tickets, exceptional credit and both of us are over 50.
Interesting enough, I have several cars and our 26k mile 2013 Explorer...
Normal that you will feel or see along the inside of the track, this why they have drain lines. My 22 5BW when I wash it, has the same. After I dry the car, I open the sunroof and wipe the seal & track dry and clean.
While some have had issues with sunroofs, I have not and 13 of my last...
My 2022 GMC AT4 has wireless charging and has an AC small duct underneath to keep it cool. When I run the AC, my phone is cold to touch and charging perfectly. No AC running, phone is warmer for sure. I haven’t checked to see if the 5BW has the same feature. My phone seems to charge fine on...
@Sully thank you for the details of your installation. For my temporary setup, I was going to cover the holes with my aluminum hvac tape. If I like, then I was planning of using the same silicone. Thanks again.
@1Evil55 my wife claims I’m good with my hands 🤔, so I should be able to articulate...
@1Evil55 same, I’ve on the fence as well about installing them, however, my return window has passed, so stuck with them. If the original reflectors are not hard to remove, I may play around with a temp setup to experiment and see if I like or not.
As I stated in my message, confirming the “redline” was showing 4500 rpm for the first 499 miles. I didn’t check if the engine would let me do more than the redline. No reason to try to exceed the “redline.” Maybe you did?
Not sure what you mean about “4500 miles for the first 500 miles” 🙃
LS6-M22 is correct and recently another new part # will surface when typing either of the two others - 25206377
Many things lead to changes thus new parts #’s, such as different supplier, product changes, global packaging, etc.
I would love to know who from GM thought that 80MPH was the “magic” number considering that on Hwy 130 on the East side of Austin has an 85MPH speed limit that Texas Transportation Commission determined safe & reasonable” after engineering study…
There are other States with 80MPH speed limits as...
Same here poor-sha, but finding it back on is not right. I wonder if it counts all of the track driving habits for those who track, then count against on insurance even though your not on a street?
@jwolf99 I could swear when Throat Yogurt first posted, I checked my app on both of my GM vehicles and both were turned off on the screen shot you posted. I just logged in and appears the app was updated and when I checked again, it showed turned on for both vehicles!! Like everyone else, I...
The Escort Redline CI is an installed version in the car, which is hardwired directly vs a radar detector hanging from your windshield/rear view mirror where you can use a mirror tap or adapter.
